A main bedroom on the first floor and a second one in the attic. Single beds. Both look out toward the mountains.

Full bathrooms on each floor, outside the bedrooms. Towels and toiletries provided.
The garden
Garden with your own barbecue
Table, chairs, a BBQ area with free firewood and charcoal. A children's playground a few metres away. The fronton court and the river Tirón right next door.

Four small things we ask.
- 01Please don't exceed the booked capacity. Only registered guests can stay overnight.
- 02No smoking inside the house.
- 03No pets, please.
- 04The fireplace must be used with the door closed at all times.
- 05Check-in at 17:00 · Check-out at 12:00. Call us at +34 689 47 39 16 thirty minutes before arrival.
- 06Latch the shutters securely — the wind tends to slam them.
- 07Treat the house as your own. Any damage will be charged to the booking.
